Resolution No.8 (1993): International program covering the full solar cycle 23 (Division III)

The IAGA, noting that SCOSTEP is at present considering future programs of international cooperation in solar-terrestrial physics, and noting that previous programs have emphasised the study of intervals which are short compared with the eleven-year period of a solar cycle, recommends that consideration should be given to an international program covering the full solar cycle 23.
